Acquire sigils of power and wisdom from fallen foes in the Mogu'shan Vaults, the Heart of Fear, or the Terrace of Endless Spring. We will put them to a much better use than their current owners.
Progress
Sigils of wisdom will often be found on practicioners on the arcane arts, while sigils of power are usually found on those who favor brute strength.This is not always true, but it may help you find what you need.
